COACHING PHILOSOPHY
My mission is simple: to become the strongest, most capable mountain athlete I can be—especially when it matters most in the backcountry. Chasing big game demands more than just endurance. It requires full-body strength, resilience under fatigue, and the ability to keep moving when conditions can be unforgiving.
That same philosophy drives my coaching. You won’t just build endurance or strength in isolation—you’ll develop both in a way that transfers directly to the mountains. Along the way, you’ll gain the mental confidence to push through discomfort, make smart decisions under stress, and trust your body when it’s time to perform. In my experience, that confidence is often the difference between a long hike out and punching a tag.
